Free Bright Flower Crochet Pattern

Published by moonglow at 9:33 am under Uncategorized Edit This

Hi, everyone! Today, I have a bright flower crochet pattern to share with you. You can turn your flower into a fridgie, as shown in the photo, if you have no other use for it. Or, if you discover another use for it, let me know! I love to hear your ideas…they are always better than my own!

Here are the pictures:

Here is the pattern:

Materials:

Small amounts worsted weight yarn in yellow and orange

Size H crochet hook

Size: 3″ in diameter

Rnd 1: With yellow, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 19 dc in ring, join w sl st in 1st dc, fasten off (20 dc).

Rnd 2: Join orange w sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 1, ch 1, sc in same dc, * hdc in next dc, 3 dc in next dc, hdc in next dc, sc in next dc, rep from * around, join w sl st in 1st sc, fasten off (30 st).

Weave in ends.

Enjoy!

To make a fridgie, simply glue some eyes and a pompom nose on your flower. I found these big, flirty googly eyes on ebay.

Enjoy your day, everyone! I am off to clean my guinea pig cages and run some errands. It seems like I have to go to the store everyday for something. Are you like that, too?

I have done something like this before and added a tail on it for a book marker for kids at school. They loved it.
